Renaissance: Unlock a Student's Account

When students try to use an incorrect password or username more than five times their accounts get locked in order to prevent somebody from trying them until they find the correct combination. Teachers can very easily unlock accounts from students in their classes following these simple steps:

1. Log to their own Renaissance account and clicking on Users from the Home page

2. Under the Students section, click on Clear Locked Students

3. Click on Clear next to any students you want to unlock
